Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • For the dough
  • 1/2 cube yeast
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 400 grams of wheat flour; and for the desktop

  • 100 grams of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper; from the mill
  • 3 sprigs of dill
  • 2 onions, red
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 100 g Edam
  • 100 g Tilsiter
  • 150 g smoked salmon; in thin slices

Approximately per serving:

  • 502 calories
  • 21 grams of fat
  • 53 grams of carbohydrates
  • 25 grams of protein

Preparation time:

  • 55 minutes (plus 2 hours rest time and 20 minutes baking time)

And this is how it is done:


  1. Mix yeast, sugar and about 50 ml of water and leave covered for about 10 minutes. Put salt, oil and flour in a mixing bowl, pour in the yeast water and 175 ml of water and knead everything into a smooth yeast dough that no longer sticks to the edge of the bowl. If necessary, add a little more flour or water. Cover the dough and let it rise at room temperature for about 2 hours.
  2. For the topping, mix sour cream with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Wash 2 sprigs of dill, shake dry and chop. Stir in the cream and taste. Peel onions and cut into strips. Clean and halve or divide the mushrooms. Finely grate both types of cheese and mix. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C for convection oven.
  3. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface to the size of a mold (approx. 30 x 40 cm) and place on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Spread the cream on the dough, leave a 1 to 2 cm wide edge free around and cut it with pegs on a fork if you like. Top the pizza with mushrooms and onions, then the cheese. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. For serving, top with salmon and sprinkle with chopped dill.
