Ingredients for 4 servings:
200 g cream cheese, plain
100 g sour cream
1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
200 g smoked salmon
1 tbsp capers
1 tbsp horseradish
1 teaspoon paprika powder, sweet
1 tablespoon dill, chopped
Approximately per serving:
23 grams of fat
6 grams of carbohydrates
16 grams of protein
And this is how it is done:
In the first step, put cream cheese, sour cream and lemon juice in a blender and mix thoroughly so that the ingredients mix well. If you do not have a blender, you can also use a blender.
Roughly chop the smoked salmon and place in the blender together with the capers. When the desired consistency is reached, you can stop mixing.
Now just stir in the horseradish, paprika powder, dill and salt and pepper. Taste again, season if necessary – and enjoy!
Our salmon cream with cream cheese is made in no time and tastes incredibly delicious. Ideal if you serve the cream as a dip with bread chips and the like, or as a spread for breakfast or snack.
