Ingredients for 1 serving:
150 g quark (0.2% fat)
50 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
1/2 packet vanilla sugar
150 grams of strawberries
10 g spelled flakes
Approximately per serving:
230 calories
2 grams of fat
30 grams of carbohydrates
23 grams of protein
And this is how it is done:
Strawberries, clean, wash and cut into slices. Put strawberries in a bowl.
Mix the quark with the yoghurt and vanilla sugar until it is creamy, pour over the strawberries, sprinkle on the spelled flakes and enjoy.
