“You can eat this cake every day on a diet!” announces Kevin Reinke in his Instagram video – and he must know that, because the training trainer himself lost 50 kilos a few years ago through diet change and exercise. Highlight: One gram of industrial sugar is not used in the strawberry shortcake, neither in the dough nor the topping. You can see here in the recipe what gives taste instead!
Mix eggs, lean quark, milk and flavor drops to taste in a bowl. Mix the mass with the pudding powder and stir in little by little so that no lumps form.
Pour the batter into a medium-sized cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about an hour.
Allow the cake to cool completely. Wash the strawberries, remove the greens and cut into four.
Spread the strawberries evenly over the cold cake. Mix the cake icing with the water according to the instructions and quickly pour over the cake. Refrigerate for at least two hours before eating.
