Lechbruck – restaurateurs sought with passion: The well-established Italian home and delivery service “Da Pietro” in Lechbruck is looking for a successor, owner Peter Freischl would like to sell it. With ideal conditions: top location, top customer base, top premises.
Especially during the holiday months, you can see the Frissl family’s pizza car, which has fulfilled a gastronomic wish with “Da Pietro” across Lechbruck. No wonder, since the idyllic town at the foot of Lech is one of the most popular holiday destinations among visitors to our district. The crispy pizzas, the delicious pasta dishes or the crispy salads from the kitchen of “Da Pietro” are also very popular with tourists, who – thanks to fast delivery and short trips – often get their food delivered directly to the campsite or holiday apartment more often. The “Da Pietro” team can also count the locals, the inhabitants of the surrounding area, among their loyal customer base. Because of the quality – and almost because of the unique sales proposal. Because: “We are the only pizza delivery service within a radius of 12 kilometers”, says Peter Freissl.
The dishes from the Italian kitchen are prepared and made in a special place: “Da Pietro” is located in the old school building of Lechbruck municipality. There, at Füssener Straße 8, the building is now functionally and visually perfectly built into the cityscape after loving restoration and refurbishment. It was even the Bavarian State Prize for it. Two levels are available for the future landlord of the pizza home and delivery service. The ground floor houses the restaurant, kitchen and service room. The gallery on the ground floor offers space for events, conferences and company or family celebrations. “Between 70 and 120 guests can be comfortably accommodated,” says Peter Frissl, whose hard-working team is also supported by his wife and son.
Although the family had to wait until today to open the restaurant due to the corona situation, “Da Pietro” has already won the hearts of the people of Lechbruck and their holiday guests. – Especially in the summer, it really rattles here with us, says owner Peter Frissl happy. The restaurateur is convinced that he can also pass this on to his successor. “As Pietro is very well introduced,” he can confirm, “the staff is well trained and experienced.” It is important for him to emphasize this because the delivery service staff can also be hired at the buyer’s request – a real plus in today’s world with scarce human resources. In fact, the buyer can concentrate on their own concept, because delivery and service already work. “The guest rooms are waiting to be revived, to your own taste and liking,” laughs Peter Frissl, “the garden area too, of course.”
